Syntech’s return and repair facility offers a complete return, repair and upgrade facility on a broad range of products, both manufactured by Syntech and by other manufacturers. Using qualified technicians, products are fully tested, repaired at component level, upgraded with software and hardware where necessary, and returned within agreed timescales.

Syntech also provide feedback reports on product failure analysis to assist in the development of future product upgrades.
