Syntech Technologies offer an extensive range of modern high volume
manufacturing facilities covering; fast track prototyping, final
assembly, software download and box build including complex wiring
looms.
Our team of production engineers has a wealth of experience in
global manufacturing operations, ensuring that every product we
manufacture for our customers is produced to precise quality and
performance standards. We use optical inspection, X-ray, and in
circuit test to constantly review our build quality.
Our extensive alignment, test and diagnostic facility has a proven
track record in providing immediate resolution to test related issues.
Syntech Technologies use their engineering ability and experience
to accurately diagnose RF and digital circuitry to provide essential
customer feedback.
Three manufacturing lines offer through hole assembly, fast track
prototyping, low and high volume surface mount. Our volume lines
are based on
Fuji IP3 and Fuji CP6 machines, providing
a comprehensive
capability supporting components from BGA and 40mm QFP packages.
In order to provide the highest possible yield and accuracy, a
five camera optical inspection system ensures accurate placement
and positioning of all components. For a greater degree of inspection
we employ an X- ray inspection system capable of detailed joint
and void inspection. BGA rework and prototype assembly is carried
out on an Ersa IR550 system.
Depending on the product In-Line test can be used to fully verify
each product as it is manufactured. In addition Syntech Technologies
can provide final system test on completed assemblies.

connectors and other odd form components

Material Purchasing
Part of the manufacturing service offered by Syntech Technologies
is material procurement and kitting. Syntech have an experienced
materials procurement team linked to all the major component suppliers.
By taking advantage of Syntech’s global purchasing power,
we can offer our customers low material costs for even the smallest
jobs.
Throughout the manufacturing process every product is carefully
tracked and logged. Functional test results are logged and provided
to our customers enabling them to optimise design centering. Exact
performance trends are carefully monitored to ensure both optimum
product performance and manufacturing yield.
